He is an amazing Hollywood actor; television producer and hip hop genre rapper. Mark Wahlberg won several awards and earned an Oscar nomination for his scintillating performance in "The Departed".
Mark Wahlberg was born to Donald Edward Wahlberg, a US war veteran of Korean War and Alma Elaine nee Donnelly, a bank clerk. Mark Wahlberg is one among the nine children the couple had, who later divorced in 1982. Mark Wahlberg studied at Copley Square High School. Mark Wahlberg was brought up in a Catholic faith and discipline. Yet he turned into a drug addict and a violent kid having a series of troubles with Boston police. His violent acts include attacking a group of African-American school children with stones and injuring them. Robbed a pharmacy store and hit an aged Vietnamese with a wooden stick. He permanently blinded another Vietnamese in one eye. These are just a few of his violent acts he committed in his teenage. At the age of twenty-one, he broke his neighbor’s jaw.
